Welcome to Naturovels Tours and Travels! These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services and your booking with Naturovels Tours and Travels ("we," "us," "our"). By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Definitions
"Company" refers to Naturovels Tours and Travels.
"Client/Customer/You" refers to any individual or group who uses our services.
"Services" refer to the tours, transportation, accommodations, and other travel-related services offered by the company.

2. Bookings and Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed after receiving full or partial payment and sending a confirmation email.
- The customer must provide accurate details during the booking process. Any discrepancies in information may lead to cancellation or additional charges.

3. Payments
- Payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, cash, etc.
- A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 15 working days before the departure date.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation without refund.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
By the Customer:
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to zidanshaikh****@gmail.com.
- Refund policies:
- Cancellations made 30 days prior to the departure date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 10 days before departure are non-refundable.

By the Company:
- We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers. The company is not responsible for any losses, injuries, or damages that occur during the trip.

6. Health and Safety
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are physically and medically fit for the tour.
- The company is not liable for any health-related issues or accidents during the tour.

7. Changes to Itinerary
- The company reserves the right to modify or change the itinerary due to weather conditions, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control. No refunds will be provided for such changes.

8. Responsibilities of the Traveller
Travelers must adhere to local laws, cultural norms, and guidelines provided by the tour guide or company representatives. The company will not be liable for any penalties or issues arising from a traveller’s negligence or misconduct.
9. Baggage and Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip. The company is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to baggage or personal items.
10. Force Majeure
The company is not liable for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or political unrest.
11. Liability
The company acts as an agent for third-party service providers (e.g., hotels, transportation, guides). While we ensure the quality of these services, we are not liable for any issues arising from their actions. The company is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the trip unless caused directly by our negligence.
12. Complaints and Disputes
Any complaints should be reported to the tour guide or company representative during the trip to allow for prompt resolution. Complaints made after the tour will only be considered if submitted in writing within 7 days after the tour’s end.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, Maharashtra. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Shahada.
14. Force Majeure Clause
Naturovels Tours and Travels shall not be held liable for any failure to perform or deliver services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, tsunamis, etc.) Man-made calamities (wars, terrorism, riots, civil disturbances, strikes, etc.) Epidemics, pandemics, or government-imposed travel restrictions.
15. Rescheduling or Cancellation
In the event of a calamity: The company may cancel, reschedule, or alter the itinerary to ensure the safety of customers and staff. If services are cancelled, the company will provide a refund or credit for future travel based on the specific situation and costs already incurred.
16. Traveller Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of the customer to stay informed of travel advisories and government restrictions related to their destination. The company recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected events, including cancellations due to natural or man-made calamities
17. Liability Limitation
While we strive to assist travellers in emergencies, Naturovels Tours and Travels is not responsible for additional costs or losses incurred due to delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by calamities.
